Mr. Shiv Kumar Yadav, Assistant Lecturer cum Assistant Instructor

A graduate in hotel management from the IHM, Meerut, Shiv earned his credentials as a food & beverage service professional at The Leela. He is keen to impart to students the skills and knowledge he has gained over the years.

His stint as an academician began with the LBIIHM, Delhi and was followed by tenure at The Hotel School.

Chef Varun is passionate about all that has to do with food and proficient in the art of Food Production. Excellence, leadership, professionalism, ethics, respect for diversity are the core values that guide his efforts. He is well versed with the nuances of the different levels of learning and in the planning and execution of academic activity.

He holds a Graduate degree in Hotel Management from College of Hospitality & Tourism Studies IHMCT, Lucknow and an MBA (Hospitality & Tourism) from Shobhit University.

In his formative years he has worked with Hotel Vivanta by Taj, Lucknow, Hotel Ananda Spa In the Himalayas, Narender Nagar, Hotel Piccadily, Lucknow, & Shopper's Stop F&B Retail Outlet "Desicafe, Brio-Bistro", Lucknow.

His stint as a Culinary Educationist includes stints at the Heritage Institute of Hotel & Tourism, Shimla and Rayat Bahra University School of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Chandigarh.

Her creative visualization gives her an edge to conceive, plan, experiment and execute concept with determination.

She is the faculty with an in-depth understanding of Accommodation Operations by virtue of her working in housekeeping department of 5 star deluxe hotels namely The Oberoi, JW Marriott and Le Meridian for about 4 years. She is graduated in HHA for NCHMCT / IGNOU.

Chef Ritik is an experienced professional holding a graduate degree in Hospitality & Hotel Administration. Having a great passion for food and keen in developing new ideas for innovations and product development.

He has worked for many renowned organization’s like The Oberoi's, Leela Palace, Carnival Cruise Lines and Emirates Flight Catering suming upto a vast experience of over a decade in the field of culinary arts.

His experience as an academician started with Culinary Academy of India which is ranked as one of the best culinary schools in the world.
