Bachelor of Science program in Hospitality and Hotel Administration is offered jointly by the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology and Indira Gandhi National Open University. The Three-Year (Six Semester) course equips students with all the required skills, knowledge and attitude to efficiently discharge supervisory responsibilities in the Hospitality sector. The program also involves in-depth laboratory work for students to acquire required knowledge and skill standards in the operational areas of Food Production, Food & Beverages Service, Front Office Operation and Accommodation Operation. It also provides managerial inputs in Hotel Accountancy, Food Safety & Quality, Human Resource Management, Facility Planning, Financial Management, Strategic Management, Tourism Marketing and Tourism Management

The Lalit suri Hospitality School provides Diploma courses offered by National Council for Hotel Management. The one and a half year (Three Semester) full time regular course equips students with all the required skills, knowledge and attitude to efficiently discharge related responsibilities in the Hospitality sector. The program also involves in-depth laboratory work for students to acquire required knowledge and skill standards in the operational areas of Food Production as well as Bakery & Confectionery

The courses are offered under annual examination system comprising term end examinations at end of the year. Institutes also conduct mid-term examinations comprising theory and practicals. Diploma program equips students in the basic areas of specialization and institutes provide hands on training to students in the institute kitchens and laboratories.

Hunar Se Rozgar Tak

The Hunar Se Rozgar Tak scheme has assumed significance for social upliftment and employment of the youth of India. 

HSRT is an 8 week training program sponsored by Ministry of Tourism targets to conduct training courses in three trades i.e. Multi cuisine Cook, F&B Service Steward & Room Attendant.

Upon successful completion and certification, the certified candidate may be paid a lump-sum stipend/incentive of Rs.2000/- for the Multi Cuisine Cook course, Rs.1500/-for the Food & Beverage Service Steward and Room Attendant courses.
